One hour - spend it wisely. That doesnt mean surfing the net, spending a lot of time in forums or Social networks like Face Book or UTube. Thats okay for entertainment or actually using for business purposes. Be productive. While your booting up take that time to plan what you need to do by actually writing it down. A Todo List.
10 Minutes - answering customer emails - only.
10 Minutes - writing an article.
10 Minutes - on traffic, there are so many ways... safelists, traffic exchanges, JV partners, website links etc. 
 
24 hrs a day, 7 days a week, month after month your business grows.
